Welcome to weight-loss-tips-and-facts.com ! I’m here to get you the ideal body that suits you without having to do silly things like crash diet and quick bursts of exercise. You're here to find out how to lose weight effectively without doing any harm to yourself but staying here to find out how is what many do not do and therefore fail to achieve their goals. So stick with us, be patient and you'll get results over time - Weight loss is not as simple as some people put it as. Over the years many of us have studied, tested and tried such tactics to lose weight and both good and bad results have come through. For example, we know that weight loss is based on one simple effective equation:
Now to explain this equation, it’s quite simple really. This means that to achieve effective weight loss you must be losing more calories than you are gaining. This sounds simple but many people who have tried to lose weight effectively may tell you that it’s not as easy as it sounds. This is because there are several other factors we must consider which will determine whether your weight loss is a success or whether your weight loss will fail.
Before this question is fully answered it’s handy to have some general knowledge on the human body and how it works. So, the human body consists of many systems that work together to keep us going. Try to think of a car and the systems that need to be running to drive, like an engine. Cars need fuel and we need fuel too, this is not diesel or petrol but food. Not only does it matter what kind of food you eat there are also factors that may affect the way it is processed and therefore how it affects you.
The several factors that may affect the processing are age, gender, health conditions, medication, exercise, genetics and psychological behavior towards food. Even now scientists are studying all of these factors and how they can affect our metabolism (The chemical processes that occur within a living organism in order to maintain life).
So, any of these factors in certain combinations can affect how you metabolically process your food. There’s also the fact that your past can have an effect on what you eat, when you eat and why you eat the food. For example if you went out to eat unhealthy food from a young age and you were brought up in this way, there’s a possibility that you will continue to eat the unhealthy foods you ate at a younger age.
I'd just like to put it out there that soon I will be working on a weight loss program of my own which will help you lose weight effectively and healthily. The program will include diet plans, exercise routines and extra weight loss tips on how to shift that weight!
